About Luke

I provide one-to-one life coaching across Greater London and the UK to young adults and adults who feel stuck or indecisive during life transitions to gain clarity, make confident decisions, and take purposeful action.

My Story

I grew up comfortable, but realised that comfort was keeping me from reaching my potential. Through coaching and focused personal growth, I discovered how to make meaningful change in my own life. Now, I help young adults and adults do the same, navigate transitions, overcome indecision, and take action toward the life they want.

Spending the first part of my career trying to progress as fast as I could within a management role, I soon realised I wasn’t in the place I wanted to be, and realised what I was missing in my life was purpose. I found myself often helping people and giving life advice that would help them reach a better level of themselves, which led me to coaching…

I believe meaningful change comes from understanding yourself, not from quick fixes or empty motivation. Through life coaching, I help young adults and adults slow down, uncover patterns that keep them stuck or indecisive, and take deliberate action toward the life they want.

I apply the same principles I teach my clients in my own life — improving a little every day, facing challenges head-on, and staying committed to growth. This approach has guided me through completing triathlons, marathons, and ultramarathons, and it informs every one-to-one coaching session I deliver.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, questioning what’s next, or simply looking to understand yourself better, my coaching style combines practical insight, personal accountability, and actionable steps to help you gain clarity, confidence, and momentum.
