About Luke

My Story

I help people build a bulletproof mindset while becoming self-aware of who they are. I grew up with a lot of comfortability and realised it was getting me nowhere. I wanted to change my mindset to become a better version of myself and through coaching found that version. I always consider the hard route to go down as it most often leads to the best results, Becoming the person you want to be is a difficult thing to do, but never impossible.

Spending the first part of my career trying to progress as fast as I could, I soon realised I wasn’t in the place I wanted to be, and realised what I was missing was fulfilment. I found myself often helping people and giving life advice that would help them reach a better level of themselves, which led me to coaching…

I strive for at least 1% improvement in myself every day, whether it’s in my work or in my fitness journey, they say “True hell is when the person you are meets the person you could have been”

I transformed my mindset through not just creating and developing my business but through endurance training, first completing a triathlon, then running 200k inside 1 month and finally running my first half marathon and full marathon. These activities were not easy and took a lot of time, sweat and injuries to train for, but I overcame each obstacle one step at a time.

This is what you can do too… becoming the absolute best version of yourself, achieving all the things you want to… I can assure you will see amazing results in your life having me by your side pushing you along the bumpy roads. All that will take is one decision to say YES to invest into your life. “Do something your future self will thank you for”

Testimonials

I have worked with some amazing people in my time as a coach and here are some of the things they had to say…

“Coaching was over a zoom call, very well executed. Asked questions I wouldn’t ever of asked myself so it was insightful and gave me solutions to situations. I would highly recommend for building a career and creating direction.

Mr Kingston embodies peace and progression. He never settles than to make you the very best you can be and excel in whatever goal of yours it is. He has a unique perspective on situations that help him help help me, and others like me, so effectively. While also helping you refocus your mind on what’s actually important and block out unnecessary distractions.

Excellent service! The sessions were very structured and the questions were thoughtful. The coach is clear, passionate and talented when it comes to helping other people, and challenged me to be critical with my approach to certain topics. I feel better than I did before the sessions and more clear with my future objectives.

I could not recommend Luke enough for helping me gain perspective in life itself. His ability to ask the right questions, listen objectively and provide clarity is impressive. Additionally he has helped me decipher my career path complications that had been a constant worry for me.

Luke truly listened to me and cared about what I had to say, we broke down my current problems and went through them throughly together. He was clear and concise with the advice he had to offer, leaving me with a plan of action that I was able to implement into my life right away. If you want to improve yourself with attentive guidance, I recommend Luke.
