About Luke

My Story

I help people build a bulletproof mindset while becoming self-aware of who they are. I grew up with a lot of comfortability and realised it was getting me nowhere. I wanted to change my mindset to become a better version of myself and through coaching found that version. Becoming the person you want to be is a difficult thing to do, but never impossible.

Spending the first part of my career trying to progress as fast as I could within a management role, I soon realised I wasn’t in the place I wanted to be, and realised what I was missing in my life was purpose. I found myself often helping people and giving life advice that would help them reach a better level of themselves, which led me to coaching…

I now coach full time within various organisations, Spark Inside where I work within the prison system coaching young adults who have made mistakes in their past. Rolladome and Degrees of opportunities where I coach both the young adults and staff in the youth organisation in mindset, change and growth. Spectrum life where I work as a mental health coach, coaching people more CBT based. Kingston Coaching, where I coach people 1 to 1, where it all began!

I strive for 1% improvement in myself every day, whether it’s in my career progress or in my fitness journey. They say “True hell is when the person you are meets the person you could have become”.

I transformed my mindset through not just creating and developing my coaching business but through endurance training and MMA, first completing a triathlon, then running a full marathon, then a 100k ultramarathon and finally winning gold in my first No-Gi Jiu jitsu competition. These activities were not easy and took a lot of time, sweat and injuries to train for. Yet I overcame each obstacle one small step at a time.

This is what you can do too… becoming the absolute best version of yourself, achieving all the things you want to… All that will take is one decision to say YES to invest into your life. “Do something your future self will thank you for”
